Order Cancellation Terms:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by Friday, 11 December to be eligible for a refund. A 10% administration fee will apply to all cancellations received by this date.

Cancellations received after 11 December will not be eligible for a refund.

Hot or Cold: Food can be prepared hot for serving on the day or supplied cold for reheating at home. Reheating instructions will be provided with cold orders.
