Established in 2014 by a team of passionate burger lovers.
Our Story
Locals know that when they head to OMC, they’re sure to be WOW’ed by our delicious burger creations, or our succulent in-house smoked patties. It’s what they have come to expect.
Back in 2014, Orangeville Meat Co. began as a Butcher/Deli.
In 2018, George Assoni ventured into what was then a very newly developed Gregory Hills. He had a vision and that was to create the fun, excitement, and flavours of a classic American family burger joint right here in the west. Full of wide-eyed optimism, and through his passion for building something unique for the people he, together with local talent Arlo Rain® transformed Orangeville Meat Co., into the very burger-centric, edgy and flavour-loyal brand we know today as OMC burgers & Bar.

So it began… as George’s vision began to flourish, OMC Burgers & Bar was shaped around using only premium quality fresh meats, smoking all their meat and patties in-house. George, coming from an agricultural background, knew the importance of using quality produce. So the mission began to source only the finest produce from the most reputable suppliers.

Food has always been a lifelong passion for George and his partner Mirella. But food he knew wasn’t the only thing that people were after. The food scene had changed dramatically since social media blew up into the juggernaut that it is today. People wanted not only to enjoy great food, but they also wanted to belong to a community; to share in a common indulgence. From our yearly 2kg burger eating competition, to being recently voted by 104.1 2DayFM radio listeners for “South-west Sydney’s best burgers”, OMC has created a world where food and fun can have no limits.
Our food, our family, and most importantly our OMC groupies (our beloved customers), are those we hold dearest to our hearts.
